主機開動至一定轉速(中速)后，物料經進料管、加料管，進入離心機轉鼓，并在離心力場的作用下，液體經篩網轉鼓壁上的小孔甩出轉鼓外。截留在篩網上的濾餅，待轉鼓內濾餅達到設定量后，停止加料，關閉進料閥，在洗滌和高速甩干后，將主機在低速運轉下由刮刀將濾餅刮下，濾餅則由出料斗將濾餅卸出。

根據用戶工藝要求及物料特性的不同，每道工序(進料、脫液、刮料等)所需時間，均可在開車前通過編程器做出相應的調整，本機自動化操作可近距離操作，也可遠程控制。本機可進行人工操作，人工操作各工序的進行。則完全受操作者控制。
